Visit the ‘Domtoren', the highest church tower in the Netherlands, or go back in time at the railwaymuseum, where you can still see locomotives from the steam-age. You can also visit the Rietveld Schröderhouse. Designed by the famous architect Gerrit Rietveld and added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2000. Utrecht has about 20 museums, so there is plenty to see and do.

Also for shopping you need to be in Utrecht. Besides the nice litte stores and boutiques along the ‘Oude Gracht', Utrecht has a huge shopping-mall ‘Hoog Catherijne'.
